Hey friends,

Today is the last day in August 2019. I congratulate you for seeing the end of the 8th month of the year.

I have a topic I have been contemplating of sharing with you since last December. I have found myself not putting my thoughts on it together, but I finally did last week. I turned my leadership column in the Businessday newspaper into a column for you.

You can turn any situation around if you have the will to do the needful given the situation. All circumstances in life are neutral. It is your reaction to it that makes the event either a positive one or a negative one.

In September, I will be giving away a friend gift to celebrate my birthday on September 20.
