The Outcome Minded Action
I will be sharing three powerful lessons that will prompt you into action if you read this till the end.
Congratulations to Dr. Ayandele and her team at Lagos Education District I, Agege. The pass rate of the district moved from 39% to 71% in the last external exams result. This leader and her team are exceptional with a lot of new innovation and focus on the outcome.
She received and supported our idea to have the Students’ Fortress Conference for 4500 students of the district in March 2016. She surrender all for the establishment of the Students’ Fortress Club in the 99 schools within the district. I cannot thank her team enough. It was her massive support and acceptance of the conference that made it possible.
Kudos to my team Positive Growth Africa……Omotola Fawunmi, lawrence Lawrence Ojebode, David Erinoso, Abimbola Toyin-Bimbo Olugbemi-Balogun, Bunmi Aina Olubunmi and host of others. I am eagerly awaiting the next result….#quantumleap in pass rate. #massiveimpactforthefuture. I am looking forward to engaging the teachers with my new book….The Teachers’ Fortress. Maybe there would be the #teachersfortressconference soon
